How quickly can I expect a response from you?

My typical response time is less than 24 hours. However, I rarely respond to an email on the weekends or major holidays. You can reach me via email or direct message (IG) Monday – Friday between the hours of 12 – 6 pm PST  

Do you book hair and makeup for other events (non-bridal)?

Yes! I have clients who regularly book me to do their hair and makeup for galas, live events or speaking panels, photo shoots, and also commercial shoots. Please email me an inquiry with your full name, phone number, event date(s), desired service location, and the services desired. You can reach me at contact@chelsearosebeauty.com

Can I schedule a phone consultation with you before I book hair and makeup?

Yes, after doing your due diligence to make sure you love my artistic style, you can request a phone consultation by emailing me your event date and event location. My email is contact@chelsearosebeauty.com

Are you willing to travel for hair and makeup clients?

My regular travel routes are San Diego County (and what I can call Outskirts of San Diego i.e Fallbrook, Ramona, Camp Pendleton, San Clemente, Lakeside, Alpine, Descanso, Julian), Riverside County (including Palm Springs), Orange County, and Los Angeles County. 
I am also open to traveling outside my normal route although you must keep in mind that hotel, flight, and/or a per diem rate may incur. Please contact me via email to discuss before self-booking outside of my normal route. You can send your request to contact@chelsearosebeauty.com

When will you start booking for 2026?
TBD! I typically start booking about 6 months before the new year. To be the first to know, download my [Free] Organized Bride Guide so you’re automatically on my mailing list and I’ll email you when my 2026 Waitlist opens.

How to book your wedding

in 3 easy steps!

1. View Wedding Services & Pricing Guide

Click the link button above to review my rates and get a detailed version of what my bridal hair & makeup service is like. When you are ready to book, you can find a link to my availability calendar on the last page.

 

2. Check My Calendar for Availability

First, let’s make sure I’m available! Find your date on my calendar and select your ceremony time (or best guess). If your date is not open, you are more than welcome to send me an email to double-check. If you have a multi-date wedding, please send an inquiry to contact@chelsearosebeauty.com

3a. Soft Hold

Once you select your wedding date, your date will be on a ‘Soft Hold’. You’ll have 72 hours to build your own bridal package, sign your contract, and submit your retainer.

 Once your retainer is paid & service agreement is signed, your wedding will be fully booked!

3b. Celebrate

Okay, I had to throw in this step because, seriously, checking off the box on another important wedding vendor is HUGE!
Be on the lookout for your Welcome Kit Email. This will guide you through our next steps together. You’ll fill out your Client Intake Form so I can get to know you, plus you’ll get instant access to my Mini Bridal Beauty Booklet. Within a month, I’ll send your Welcome Gift. I will add your Bridal Questionnaire 3-4 months before your wedding, or once your Bridal Trial is scheduled (whichever comes first). This is a space to share with me any of your beauty preferences or dislikes, add bridal beauty inspo photos, and give me allll the deets! 🙂
